Become a Ridge Haven Blinds Dealer or Distributor
Ridge Haven Blinds works with approved sporting-goods retailers, feed stores, hunting shops, outdoor dealers, outfitters and qualified distributors. Every account is reviewed before wholesale access is granted.
Authorized Dealer Program
- General merchandise: There is no minimum order on most Ridge Haven Blinds products, including scents, scrape ropes, turkey calls, apparel and accessories. Approved case-pack or quantity requirements may still apply.
- Wildlife feed: The dealer minimum is 2 tons, equal to 80 50-pound bags, per order.
- Food plot seed: Minimum order is 6 cases (24 bags) per individual blend. Each case contains 4 bags. Availability and minimum quantities may vary by blend — dealers must contact Ridge Haven Blinds for current wholesale ordering information.
- Orders are prepaid unless Ridge Haven Blinds approves written payment terms.
- Freight, lift-gate service, residential delivery and special-handling charges are separate where applicable.
Approved Distributor Program
- Opening order minimum: $15,000 in qualifying distributor merchandise.
- Wildlife feed: Distributor orders require 5–10 tons, equal to 200–400 50-pound bags, per order. Final quantity requirements may depend on the products, destination and distribution territory.
- Food plot seed: Distributor orders require a minimum of 2 pallets (approximately 128 cases / 512 bags) per individual blend, depending on availability, territory and distribution needs.
- Distributor pricing requires separate written approval and is not automatically granted to dealer accounts.
- Distributor orders must follow all full-case, pallet and quantity-increment requirements.
- Territories are non-exclusive unless a separate written agreement states otherwise.
- Freight, lift-gate service, residential delivery and special-handling charges are separate.
Product and Ordering Terms
- Food plot seed: Every retail bag must include the official seed tag for the actual seed lot.
- Turkey calls, deer scents, scrape ropes, enhancers and accessories: Approved case-pack or quantity requirements will be listed in the current wholesale catalog or quote.
- Wildlife feed: Wholesale pricing applies to approved bulk quantities. Freight is separate.
- Apparel: Dealer and distributor pricing is based on the production method, style and order quantity.
- Hunting blinds and large products: Dealer or distributor pricing is provided by written quote and may use dealer-net pricing, commission terms or project-specific pricing.
Resale, MAP and Brand Requirements
- A valid resale certificate, sales-tax ID or equivalent business documentation is required where applicable.
- Approved accounts must follow Ridge Haven Blinds minimum advertised price requirements and current brand standards.
- Products may not be listed on Amazon, Walmart, eBay or another third-party marketplace without prior written approval.
- Wholesale access is for resale by the approved business only and may not be shared or transferred.
- Accounts may be reviewed, suspended or closed for unauthorized discounting, marketplace sales, nonpayment, brand misuse or inactivity.
- An account inactive for 12 months may be required to reapply under the current program requirements.
How Approval Works
- Submit the dealer or distributor application below.
- Ridge Haven Blinds reviews the business, resale documentation, sales channels, territory and intended product categories.
- Approved applicants receive the correct dealer or distributor account and wholesale catalog access.
- Orders must meet the applicable product-category, case-pack, pallet and quantity requirements.
