Ridge Haven Blinds Dealer & Distributor Program
Ridge Haven Blinds works with approved sporting-goods retailers, feed stores, hunting shops, outdoor dealers, outfitters and qualified distributors. Every account is reviewed before wholesale access is granted.
Authorized Dealer Program
- Opening order minimum: $750 in qualifying wholesale merchandise.
- Reorder minimum: $300 in qualifying wholesale merchandise.
- Opening and reorder minimums are calculated before freight, shipping, tax and other charges.
- A mixed order may be used to reach the minimum, subject to the case-pack and quantity rules shown in the dealer catalog.
- One approved hunting blind, tower, shanty, waterfowl blind, mobile blind or property package satisfies the dealer dollar minimum. These large products use written dealer net pricing or commission terms rather than an automatic percentage discount.
- Orders are prepaid unless Ridge Haven Blinds approves written payment terms.
Approved Distributor Program
- Opening order minimum: $5,000 in qualifying distributor merchandise.
- Reorder minimum: $2,500 in qualifying distributor merchandise.
- Distributor pricing requires separate written approval and is not automatically granted to dealer accounts.
- Distributor orders must follow full-case, pallet and quantity-increment requirements.
- Territories are non-exclusive unless a separate written agreement states otherwise.
- Freight, lift-gate, residential delivery and special handling charges are separate.
Product and Ordering Terms
- Food plot seed: sold in approved case quantities. Every retail bag must include the official seed tag for the actual seed lot.
- Turkey calls, deer scents, scrape ropes and enhancers: sold in the minimum quantities and increments shown in the approved catalog.
- Wildlife feed: dealer pricing is focused on 50 lb bags and approved bulk quantities. Distributor feed pricing requires pallet quantities. Freight is separate.
- Apparel: made-to-order apparel is not automatically eligible for distributor pricing. Dealer or bulk apparel quotes are based on the production method and order quantity.
- Blinds, towers, shanties and property packages: quote-controlled because construction, options, trailer costs and freight vary by order.
- Third-party and Shopify Collective products: excluded unless Ridge Haven Blinds has written supplier authorization to offer wholesale pricing.
Resale, MAP and Brand Requirements
- A valid resale certificate, sales-tax ID or equivalent business documentation is required where applicable.
- Approved accounts must follow Ridge Haven Blinds minimum advertised price requirements and current brand standards.
- Products may not be listed on Amazon, Walmart, eBay or another third-party marketplace without prior written approval.
- Wholesale access is for resale by the approved business only and may not be shared or transferred.
- Accounts may be reviewed, suspended or closed for unauthorized discounting, marketplace sales, nonpayment, brand misuse or inactivity.
- An account inactive for 12 months may be required to reapply and meet the current opening-order minimum.
How Approval Works
- Submit the dealer or distributor application below.
- Ridge Haven Blinds reviews the business, resale documentation, sales channels, territory and intended product categories.
- Approved applicants receive the correct dealer or distributor account and catalog access.
- Place the opening order at the applicable minimum and required case quantities.
