Refund policy
Ridge Haven Blinds accepts returns within 30 days of delivery on unopened, unused items in their original packaging.
Free return shipping is provided on all eligible returns. A 15% restocking fee applies to all returned items.
Final sale — not eligible for return:
- All feed products (Herd Builder Max Deer Feed, Bear Draw Bear Feed, Hog Hammer Max Wild Hog Feed, Deer Feed Enhancer)
- All food plot seed products
- Natural Deer Scents (all varieties)
- Limited Hybrid Custom Duck Call
To initiate a return, email ridgehavenblinds26@gmail.com with your order number. Once your return is received and inspected, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
If your item arrived damaged or defective, contact us immediately and we will make it right at no cost to you.
