Heavy, Bulk, and LTL Freight Shipping Policy

Some Ridge Haven Blinds products are heavy or bulk items and may require special shipping. This includes feed, seed, enhancer, pallet orders, dealer orders, and large bulk purchases.

Small heavy orders may ship by UPS, FedEx, USPS, or another available carrier. Larger orders may require LTL freight, local pickup, local delivery, or a separate shipping quote.

Pallet orders, 40-bag feed orders, dealer orders, and large bulk orders should be confirmed with Ridge Haven Blinds before shipment. Final freight cost may depend on total weight, delivery address, residential or commercial delivery, liftgate needs, carrier access, pallet size, and carrier availability.

If additional freight confirmation is needed, Ridge Haven Blinds will contact the customer before shipment.
